ClearWiki has a multitude of features, but is so easy to use. Check out what ClearWiki can do for your business..
ClearWiki makes an ideal and cost effective Intranet/ Extranet solution. No special in-house infrastructure is required. Create guest accounts so third parties can read your wiki.
Custom logo in header. Left sidebar lists sub-pages and folders. Editable content in center pane. Right-sidebar lists starred items, active labels, and recent changes. The search box is available in the header from all pages.
Toolbar with typical word processing controls. WYSIWYG and HTML editing. Simple image embedding. Ability to link to wiki pages and attached files. Page auto-locks for editing as a change is made, and auto-saves drafts as you work.
Uploaded images in a gallery presentation. Uploaded images are processed for fast-load thumbnailing. Images are linked to dedicated wiki pages that display a large image, with the ability to view or download the original.
Wiki page with attached files. Files are listed in a table that is sortable (in browser) via its column headers. Editable content pane above files. Labels can be applied to the entire page, or indiviudal files. The entire page or individual files can be starred as a personal bookmark. Text within MS Office and other documents is searchable using a fast and powerful search-engine.
Version history of wiki page content. Easy navigation through all previous versions, with the previous version content previewable in right hand pane. View edit summaries against each version. Easily revert content to a previous version.
A wiki page with Blog layout. Optional blog introduction followed by blog entries. Entries are timestamped and show the user's avatar if they have one. Blog entries can be viewed seperately and maintain their own version histories.
The directory of wiki uses. Shows selected information from the users record, including phone numbers, who they report to, and which teams they are memebers of. The user's name links directly to the their personal homepage or blog if they have set one up. The directory can be sorted by column.
Access Control Lists (subscription only) provide a simple interface for restricting or granting page access by adding read and write rules to a page. Rules can be applied by individual user or team. Rules can be propagated to all sub-pages under the current page. New sub-pages automatically inherit the access rights of the parent page.
The site map is generated automatically from the wiki content that you create. Nodes in the content hierarchy can be collapsed or expanded for easy viewing. The site map obeys Access Control rules if you have defined them.
The alphabetical index shows and links to all content and files in the wiki in alpha-numeric order. The index obeys Access Control rules if you have defined them.
Example of a ClearWiki to-do list. Items or tasks can be added to a 'things to do table'. Completed items are displayed underneath. Items marked as completed can be reverted to uncompleted if need be. A to-do list can be either private (personal) to the user that created it, or accessible to all users

"We started using ClearWiki to organize company information and found it so flexible and easy to manipulate that we use it for client extranets, too."
Joan L. Axelroth, President - Axelroth & Associates
"Our company manages 260 condominium properties across a large metropolitan area. We wanted a way for our 180 managers to share their experiences and capitalize on more than 2500 person-years of experience. A wiki was the perfect solution. We looked to www.wikimatrix.com to help us find the right software. Along with Clearwiki.com, we tried out 8 different wiki software options. Clearwiki was by far the most intuitive and easy to use. It also offered great value. Their support team is excellent, too. ItÂ’s now almost two years later and our internal wiki is well on its way to realizing the potential of peer-to-peer information sharing thanks to www.clearwiki.com."
